Very happy that we received letters from HDB to make our FIRST payment :)
It was a very fast appointment by HDB and we signed alot of documents :)
We paid a $13K for the flat and right now we owe about 200K for the flat:) So by 3rd yr which is 2012 we will get our FLAT!! Woo hooo!!! of cos we have a few promises to shorten the loan la...be debt free by 40yrs old la...i seriously looking forward to that!!!
Our goals:
To finished financing the flat in 12-15 yrs time :)
